From Telling the T to Helping the Children, FatMarker is There!

Spilling the T with Tampa Bay's finest!

Where to begin, FMs? Where to begin? So much has been going on lately, that I'll start with my appearance on Tru T! What began with a lazy afternoon of Shazams (that's a cocktail served by the one and only Tea Cup in Ybor City... yes, that's his name, and I type it with great admiration) turned into my appearance on one of Tampa Bay's most watched LGBTQ online talk shows. I was welcomed with open arms to speak about FatMarker, and what we as a company are all about. I was absolutely thrilled to see that Miss Amy DeMilo, the current Miss National Showgirl Supreme was on the panel. I've followed her for some time, growing up a gay man in Tampa. You haven't played gay BINGO until you've spent an afternoon with her calling the numbers. I bestowed one of our THIRSTY klack'n fans to her during the show. To watch the show and see her thwack that fan, click here. Just scroll down the Facebook page, and you'll find it. A big THANK YOU to Tyler Butler and crew for having me on!

FatMarker's Donation to the Smoke Signals School Drive

Well... if having been a guest on Tru T wasn't enough, we partnered up with a local business here in Tampa called Smoke Signals. During a visit to purchase some CBD watermelon gummies, I met the owner, and he informed me of their annual back to school drive. He explained that they ask local businesses to donate items, and then they hold an online auction. I knew that we had to participate. The next day I brought in what you see above, which caused a bidding war on Facebook (that made me very happy). Needless to say, along with our contribution, all of the other contributions from local businesses, and donations of school supplies themselves, Smoke Signals raised $2,000 (plus bags of supplies), which they were able to divide among two Tampa schools. It's all about GIVING BACK!

Other than that, Jason and I head to New Orleans next week for Southern Decadence (Dick-a-Dance), and then we'll see everyone at Southern Nights the first Friday in October for the NeiBEARhood Takeover party! And... have you got your own FatMarker/Got-Pride! fan yet? Check them out on our website.
